Curate is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered
- Incorrect shipping information entered by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate before submitting an order.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Approved returns will be issued in the form of an exchange or store gift card only.

All returns are subject to validation and approval by Curate, and Curate reserves the right to limit or refuse a return at its sole discretion.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

6. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional codes:
- Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- Cannot be applied retroactively
- May exclude certain brands or collections

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

All content associated with Curate, including logos, product photography, graphics, branding, descriptions, and marketing materials, is the property of Curate and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. USER CONTENT & REVIEWS

By submitting reviews, photos, testimonials, or tagged social media content, you grant Curate permission to repost or use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content deemed inappropriate or misleading.

9. DISCLAIMER

Products sold by Curate are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Individual results from skincare and beauty products may vary.

Customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists carefully and consult a physician regarding allergies or medical concerns.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
