Thank you for shopping with Curate! We are committed to carefully packaging and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Curate may ship orders using carriers including USPS, UPS, or other available shipping providers.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Curate is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
- Weather
- Postal disruptions
- High shipping volume
- Incorrect addresses
- Carrier-related issues beyond our control

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Curate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Verifying the shipping address provided at checkout

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Curate is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at orders@shopatcurate.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

LOCAL PICKUP

When local pickup is offered, customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Please bring your confirmation email or order number when collecting your order.
